Thank you for shopping with Playful Intentions. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we have specific return guidelines outlined below.

All Sales Final (Hygiene Policy)

For health and safety reasons, all intimate products are final sale once opened or used.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on personal or intimate items, including (but not limited to):

  • Vibrators and pleasure devices

  • Lubricants and wellness products

  • Bondage or wearable items

  • Any product that has been opened or used

This policy is in place to protect all customers.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective item

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis.

Missing or Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve it quickly.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
